Qredits Core Values
Qredits’ mission statement can be translated into four core values.
Qredits’ vision is to build a strong and independent entrepreneurship culture in the Netherlands by providing financing, mentoring and tools for micro-entrepreneurs in the Netherlands that have a viable business plan, yet are unable to obtain credit facilities from conventional lending institutions.
Core Values
- Professional
Qredits focuses on entrepreneurs with a sound business plan and those working on creating one. We are realistic and professional. Our services are geared towards sustainable entrepreneurship. We have a viable business model ourselves which is strengthened by the success of our customers.
- Connecting
Qredits believes that cooperation leads to success. We invest in an interactive network of companies, community organizations and volunteers. We encourage our customers to build their own networks and also facilitate connections between entrepreneurs and our business partners.
- Personal
At Qredits we focus on the entrepreneur and his or her business plan. We visit the customer at home and together review plans and opportunities. We are personally invested, stay in contact and are flexible.
- Social
Qredits wants to contribute to society. Our purpose is to stimulate entrepreneurship, not maximizing profits for our organization. Qredits wants to help people realize their dreams and if needed offer them a second chance.
Vision & Mission
Qredits is a private foundation started on 1 January 2009 by a group of public and private partners. It is the only nationally operating Microfinance Institution in The Netherlands.
Qredits' vision is to build a strong and independent entrepreneurship culture in the Netherlands by providing financing, mentoring and tools for micro-entrepreneurs that have a viable business plan, yet are unable to obtain credit facilities from conventional lending institutions.
Our mission is to:
- Stimulate new business start-up
- Help (starting) entrepreneurs make an informed choice for entrepreneurship
- Increase opportunities & survival rate of (new) businesses
- Provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to become financially/economically independent
- Bridge the gap for (starting) entrepreneurs to grow into the mainstream financial sector.
Qredits realizes its mission by:
- Financing:
- Microcredit loans up to €50,000
- SME loans from €50,000 - €250,000
- Flexible credit (revolving loan facility) up to €25,000
- Mentoring before or after start-up, with or without a loan
- E-learning courses and other business development tools
