Where we are located
Following the success of Qredits microfinance (loans, mentoring & training) in the Netherlands Qredits consulted with the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and together they concluded that these services should not only benefit entrepreneurs in the Netherlands, but also on the Caribbean Netherlands. This resulted in opening up a Qredits office on the island of Bonaire in May 2015, on Aruba in April 2017, on St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba in October 2017 and on Curacao in March 2018.
Qredits actively operates in the Netherlands and on the Caribbean Netherlands.
The Netherlands
2008 the start of Qredits
The Qredits Microcredit Foundation was founded in the Netherlands. With representatives from ABN Amro, ING Bank and Rabobank on the board and with Kees Beuving as independent chairman.

Our Cariben Branches
- The loan process on every island is fully supported by the credit support and risk management departments of Qredits in the Netherlands.
- Local business advisors have been hired to maintain contact with the customers.
- The maximum credit limit is $ 100,000 (ANG 200,000).
- Spring 2024 more than 1,800 loans (almost $ 35mln) had already been issued on Qredits Caribbean locations.
Aruba
In April 2017 a Qredits branch opened up in North Aruba in order to encourage entrepreneurship on this island.
- A cooperation agreement was signed with the Aruban government, Chamber of Commerce and local commercial banks.
- In 2024 the agriloan made possible in collaboration with the Government of Aruba with the aim of stimulating the agricultural sector on the island in the form of providing financing at a 2% interest rate.
Bonaire
Qredits started a branch on Bonaire in May 2015 in order to encourage entrepreneurship on the island. To realize this:
- A cooperation agreement was signed with the local government on Bonaire.
- An office was started at Bonaire Chamber of Commerce and local business advisors were hired to screen and assist customers.
- January 2019 Qredits Bonaire moved into its own building.
Curaçao
In March 2018 the Curaçao location opened up.
- the Curaçao location opened up with support from the Ministry of Economic Development in Curacao.
- In 2024, a collaboration was started with the Ministry of Economic Development of Curaçao to stimulate entrepreneurial activities in the agricultural sector on Curaçao by offering the Agri Loan with a very low interest rate.
St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba
October 2017 Qredits opened up an office on St. Maarten
- This location servicing St. Eustatius and Saba as well.
- This was made possible with the support of the Department of Economy, Transportation & Telecommunication of St. Maarten, local banks and the Chamber of Commerce of St. Eustatius and Saba.
